Je sais pas si vous avez écouté le dernière Blood Incantation, si c’est pas fait je vous le recommande fortement. Des passages instrumentaux très beaux puis des moments très violents. Bref, j’ai adoré ---

Tu peux aussi écouter l’album précédent : Amputheatre (2018), je crois bien qu’il est encore meilleur. En guise de Bilan mais aussi dans les groupes de death qui ont de l’actualité et qui auraient pu être approchés par la programmation HF, vu la qualité de ce qu’ils produisent en **2024** , je liste rapidement ceux ci-dessous, mais j’en oublie surement des tonnes. Wormed 200 Stabs Wounds Hyperdontia Skelethal Skeletal Remains Aborted Benighted Hour of Penance Sovereign Blood Red Throne Resin Tomb Upon Stone Xenotheory Icon Of Evil Detest … Je pense qui faut se l’avouer. L’orga ne semble plus vouloir donné sa place au Death (et qu’on ne vienne pas me parler de deathlock et unleashed). Ils ont le droit c’est leur fest mais qu’est ce que c’est triste. Je fais partie des gens qui ont des goûts plutôt eclectiques et il y aura surement assez de groupe à voir sur l’édition 2025 mais j’ai vraiment la sensation qu’il va manquer quelque chose cette année. ---

Comme je te comprends, fut un temps où l’on reprochait au death de stagner mais 2024 a pour moi été une des années les plus riches concernant le style. Et je ne parle pas que de Blood Incantation. Comme disait @Gonzo49ers, rien que le label Transcending Obscurity a tenu la dragée haute. Et je n’ai pas peur de le dire, mais ce label indien est au death metal ce que Pelagic est pour le post. Un label hyper qualitatif et dont le catalogue est bien fourni, il n’y a qu’à voir la rétrospective de l’an dernier, j’ai poncé bon nombre des albums cités : 2024 has to be one of the best years for the label. We’re proud to have put out these releases and it’s been an honour to work with the bands on them. As tiring as it can be, we’re glad to put some of the newer bands on the map with their debut full lengths. I’m particularly pleased with how the roster is shaping up, having a healthy, bold mix of various styles - it makes the kind of playlist that I wouldn’t tire listening to. Deepest thanks to the bands for the great music, memories, and friendship, and of course to the fans for supporting our music and making us go on despite all the odds and setbacks, and even helping out dozens of rescued animals in the process. 2025 promises to be another tremendous year with releases lined up from bands both familiar and new. Clairement un label qui a été au top du Death Metal en 2024. Egalement le cas, moins prolifique certes mais quand même, pour 20 Buck Spin avec les albums de Civerous, Witch Vomit, Tzompantli, Fulci ou encore Maul. ---

Je partage tout ce que vous avez évoqué sur le dynamisme de la scène Death (et j’ajouterai Grind pour ma part…) actuellement. Et je suis d’autant plus peiné du coup, sur la place (placette… tapis… mouchoir… timbre poste) donnée à cette esthétique musicale à Clisson cette année… Tant que l’on est dans les labels, je suis en train de piocher dans le catalogue de _Prostethic Records_. On y trouve **BRAT** (cf _Titr-o-rama_ d’aujourd’hui et que je révise à fond…) ; mais également d’autres pépites. En ce moment, je suis sur **MOLDER** , bon gros Death qui tâche.
