NUMBER OF PASSES PER PURCHASE :
The person responsible for the order will be able to buy 2 day tickets per day (8 tickets maximum)
REFUNDED TICKET"" OPTION :
• Price: 5€ / ticket (to be ticked when buying the pass)
• Validity: Refund without justification until May 19th 2023, midnight (GMT + 1)
• Activation of the option on tickets.hellfest.fr
• Amount Refunded up to the price of the festival ticket (administration fees not refunded)
HALF FARE :
• Eligibility: children from 6 to 16 years old
• Purchase on site at the « « Ticket Office » » on presentation of a valid Full Price Pass
• Only one half-price pass per full-price ticket (regardless of the child’s age)
• Parental authorisation required (available soon)
• Identity card or proof of parentage
• Children under 6 years old are not allowed to enter the festival
PURCHASE PROCESS :
You will be asked to provide several pieces of information when making your purchase, so please prepare them in advance :
• Last name
• First name
• Email of the person responsible for the purchase
• Mobile phone number
• Full postal address
• Date of birth
The person in charge of the purchase will be our sole contact for the management of all the tickets of this order (after sales service, resale, refund, etc.).
Remember to check that your information is correct and complete before validating!

Please note! The order is considered to be confirmed after all the steps have been validated. The final confirmation will be displayed at the end, including your order number and the email you entered to receive your ticket.

The official resale is now taking place at our partner REELAX TICKETS.
Do not buy any ticket on another website. Scams and frauds can occur on the internet and Hellfest may refuse a ticket purchased on another platform than Reelax.
Reelax Tickets is the only site that guarantees a secure transaction for a valid Hellfest 2023 ticket.
PRM :
The disabled person and his/her accompanying person must be in possession of a valid pass (no sale on site, a bracelet is not given).
PARKING / CAMPING :
Parking and camping (excluding Easy Camp) are included in the price of Hellfest passes."
REFUNDED TICKET OPTION :
Have you ticked this option for each of your tickets? Activate it until May 19, 2023 inclusive (midnight French time) and get a refund of the amount of a festival ticket (excluding fees) via tickets.hellfest.fr
After validation of your request, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be effective within 60 days from the receipt of the email.
FIND YOUR TICKET :
You can retrieve your order at any time via tickets.hellfest.fr
Indicate the order number and the email used for the purchase to display the order for which you are responsible.
We remind you that the name on the ticket is purely informative, it does not condition the ownership of the ticket. Only the person who has noted his or her details as a purchaser at the time of purchase can request after-sales service or activate his or her Money-Back Ticket option.
