4 months waiting for a ticket refund, please help

Hi everyone

After holding onto my Hellfest 3 day pass since 2019, unfortunately I had to cancel my trip this year.

I processed the refund through the festival website, but I didn’t realise that it would be automatically credited to the card I used to pay back in 2019, which it doesn’t exist anymore.

I have sent multiple emails and bank statements to the Billeterie team, with only 3 responses since May, and no follow up regarding my refund.

Could someone from the team please help me get this resolved?

I’ve been a supporter of Hellfest since 2008, and I never requested for a refund after the cancellation of two editions, but this is really poor customer service. Very disappointed
