HELL’o, I’m Nick, from Moscow, Russia.
I’m leading operations engineer in cellular provider company (and if for some reason you know, what means VAS - thats what I do).
I’m 28 and I’m into metal exactly half of my life.
2018 was my first Hellfest (and overall my first festival), and also I’ve got 2019 tickets. I’m not sure I’ll be able to arrive, but I’ll do everything possible.
I’m traveling with my fiance. We listen different bands, so this year was about finding compromise what to listen, in 2019 we’re going to get walkie-talkies to visit shows we’re personally interested and stay connected.
About genres - my favorites are sweden death, funeral/death doom and post-metal. Recently I also got into prog scene, thanks to Leprous and Amorphis. But actually I listen pretty every somehow-heavy-genre, except black and grind styles. Outside of metal, I enjoy post-rock, some alternative and dark electro music, like Sopor Aeternus or Combicrist or Psyclone Nine. So, pretty much all the music that is not metal, but with the same community.

Where are you from? - Nottingham, well a few miles outside
How old are you? - What? I don’t tell anyone that ?
Is it your very first time @ Hellfest? - No, this will be our 5th year, we buy our tickets for the next year onsite, slipped up our first year when we saw how big the queue (tiny compared with last year’s) was we decided to go back later when it was quieter ha ha! We learnt an expensive lesson
Do you travel alone? - First couple of years we came over alone but having raved about how good the festival is we now meet up in Nantes with a large group of friends
What is your favourite metal music style? - Pretty wide ranging but on the heavier side for preference.
I have been lurking around on here for a while now, 2-3 years actually (sorry) I have tried a few times to register but it didn’t like my email address however I have a different one now and it’s let me in.

I shortly got my vacation to Go and the overnight stay in Paris is safe too but I HAVE NOT A TICKET yet. So I Hope to solve this Little Problem with joining this Forum from Time to Time.
