2018 will be my first Hellfest. I’m coming all the way from South Africa and I obviously need to start planning far in advance. I want to take the Hellfest bus from Paris. I found the bus tickets on Digitick website (one of the most useless websites I’ve ever encountered), but the website provides ZERO information about the actual trip. I don’t want to spend money on the ticket without more information. Hopefully someone here can provide some help:
Where does the bus from Paris depart from? I would guess either from Gare du Nord (or another big station) or maybe from the airport?
Roughly how long is the trip?
Roughly what time does the bus leave from Paris to the festival/leave from Hellfest to return to Paris? The reason I need to know is that it will have an influence on how I book accomodation etc before and after the festival.
Can we please revive this thread? Why convolute it in 50+ pages of the bucket thread « Speak about Hellfest 2018 »?
As the OP I’d like to buy flight tickets to Paris and sync the flight times with bus departure from/to Paris. Transdev (bus company) told me to ask Hellfest, Hellfest to told me to ask Digitick, Digitick didn’t bother to answer my email.
This, so far, has resulted in my cheap flight options being booked out. The next cheapest option (and the only direct flight) is roughly 100 EUR more expensive. That’s 200 EUR lost as we are 2 people.
Does anyone know anything certain about when and where from do the buses leave from/to Paris?
