Plus it’s cheaper!
SNCF (French Railways) offers a €10 return ticket Pays de la Loire-Clisson and back. (amoungst others, also Nantes)
Tickets can be found here. https://www.ter.sncf.com/pays-de-la-loire/offres/petits-prix-ter/pays-de-la-loire/hellfest (too bad, I can only find it in French)
You buy it here. https://www.ter.sncf.com/pays-de-la-loire/acheter
(Départ = departure which is Nantes, Arrivée = arrival, is given, it must be Clisson)

2nd question, you do need a Cashless card in order to buy beers, drinks and Hellfest Snacks. All other restauration is with cash.

All right, we will go from the airport directly with the shuttle (10€ per person) to the hellfest on thursday. I think we will arrive at Clisson about 19.00 hrs. Is there any experience from last year how long we appr. have to wait for the bracelets??? Last year in France at download it was horrible. I hope the organisation here will be better.

Hello anyone knows if there is sone kind of luggage lockers or place to guard our luggage we come from Chile and we have been traveling Europe since May 18 and we have a suitcase and a backpack so we want to go to hellfest just with the backpack and the tent of course and leave the suit case guarded from thursday to monday

I don’t speak French, and we’re not camping (staying in a hotel near Nantes) and I wanted to know if the instructions are very clear about entering/leaving and the passes? We just have our tickets printed. Just grab those and get in a line??

The printed version is enough. You get a wristband and then you can enter and leave as much as you want to.

Single day tickets will only be sold when bands/day will be known so you’ll have to wait.

Hi, this will be my first time to the hellfest, I’m sorry - my French isn’t even close to acceptable…
I’ll be coming with a motorhome. Do I need to make special bookings for that? Is there a campground especially für RVs? I do not need electricity. Turning 60 this winter I’d like to take a folding chair inside the festival grounds, is that possible??

No specific booking for motorhome, usually most of them are parked near Leclerc market.
For folding chair, you can go inside the festival site with it. Hoping this will not change this year.

I’m not sure about your motorhome, but I thought I saw a possibility to park it somewhere.

You can bring in a chair. But do everyone a favour, and don’t sit in front of the stage in other people’s way!

The last two times I’ve been I took a motor home, we parked it in a field across the road from the supermarket, this won’t make any sense now but you’ll see when you get there… basically as you arrive go straight over the roundabout (the festival will be off to the left but road will be closed) as you go straight over the round about there is a field on the right.
Attendants will try to park you but it’s a bit of a free for all, I used to try and get in the far corner with other motor homes, but if like me you have to leave early on the Monday then make sure you park in a way that gives you the best option to just drive out.
If the road off to the left happens to be open, then beware of parking down there, I saw a coach having to reverse on a Sunday night and backed straight into someone’s motor home :o

Hello,

Finally worked out how to post on here :):slight_smile: not very computer savvy and cant speak french.

I am a newbie and have a couple of questions:-

  1. Is the festival likely to sell out on the day of release? should i expect a glastonbury style sell out within minutes or should it be ok?
  2. Is the site for buying tickets easy to use with english tranlations (bearing in mind i struggled to log on and type this) :)??
  3. do we know what time tickets will go on sale?
  4. lastly do we know when it is likely that line up will be announced?
