On Moday afternoon, you will have to find somewhere to stay that night
I cant buy my tickets until mid April. Any chance for it to sell out until then?
My guess is that it will.
In that case, can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Nantes? … and also a good pub and club?
Hi
A friend (and massive godflesh fan) from Turkey apparently needs a cultural visa to get out of the country for the festival. I seem to remember last year people were able to help out in similar circumstances, can anyone let me know what can be done?
(he is a dj if you can « offer him a job » there? )
Thanks
For carrion, mail info@hellfest.fr and they should be able to sort a paper for you
Mr_P for the Hotel I don’t really know, but there is a metal bar in Nantes, [url=http://www.myspace.com/leferrailleur]« Le Ferrailleur »

year before we left it untill the monday and just wodnered around nantes looking for somewhere and ended up in some skeezy flea bag motel it was vile! would not recommened doing that haha!
Really want to know if lockers will happen or not!! I am comming from Canada and it would save me about 200 euro!! I dont want to leave my luggage alone @ my campsite!!
When running order?
please not raven and count raven at the same time et =)
Do they serve monster energy drink again this year?
Last year it was a lifesaver for us.
Was it cheaper than in shops?
They were giving it away free, ice cold as well. It was glorious
I think in Clisson (which ain’t far). However, I don’t jknow if the French are like the Germans - everything closes on Sunday and if the cashpoints are inside the bank that’s a bit tough!!
Cashpoints on the festival area this year!!! (it was announced with the last bands)
And they will have the Monster people at the festival again
The drink was sold for 4 tokens / 50cl (one token was 1€)
Yeah they gave it away for free sometimes, that was awesome!
And not to forget the truck with a balcony where you had a great view over the mainstages =D
According to an interview of Ben Barbaud (Head of Hellfest) on a local newspapers’ website, this should be available in 2010 :
- cash dispensers,
- bungee jumping,
- world cup coverage (campsite only),
- more shade,
- 6,66% Hellfest beer
To be officially confirmed obviously…but that does not sound too bad, does it ?
That’s for sure an excellent new…now it’s possible to get a Hellfest Hangover :-p
One question and suggestion concerning the timetable/band clashes:
Earlier you mentioned that headliners will play a little bit earlier (great thing IMHO).
My question: are the headliners from both tents (like Fields Of The Nephilim, Godflesh, Bloodbath etc) going to play earlier also (like the h.liners on the main stages) ?
My suggestion: to avoid big band clashes between main stages and tents, have the big bands from both tents play last (at 1 AM) and the headliners from the main stages play earlier (11 PM).
ahem… 21!!
Hey, I’m wondering what time is the last band expected to finish on Sunday? Do most people camp Sunday night and then leave on Monday?
