I was wondering if you know something about ticket reimbursement. I wrote to billetterie@hellfest.fr but still have no answer and no money returned. Now I do not know if someone saw my emails and this cancellation is activated, or no one takes it into account and I can still sell my ticket. or maybe I have to wait some more…
You need to be patient. The Hellfest Staff is very busy because they receive a lot of emails. So they will answer you but only when they can 
Is it mentioned you can get a reimbursement? I thought you couldn’t get a refund on concert/festival tickets!
Or are we talking about something else?
This year they introduced new system. There was a possibility to pay extra 9 euro per ticket and have an option to get a refund.

So i am in the process of booking my flight for Hellfest. I have the package through Argon Events with the coach and ferry and wondered if anyone knew an estimate on when the ferry would get to London from Calais on Tuesday.
It’s news to me that ferries go all the way from Calais to London! :o Anyway it’s not the kind of question to ask here, seriously! :rolleyes:
I think you better get on to Argon themselves about this one matey - don’t they do a few routes? One is from Caen so overnight ferry in any case…
