Hi all,
this year will be my first time at Hellfest and I’m currently preparing as best as possible. I hope you guys might help me, since we are staying in a hotel nearby and are planning to drive to the festival site each day. Is there the option for daily parking? I couldn’t find any info on the current website.
Could someone also please tell me, if private power-banks are allowed on the festival ground or do I have to rent one?
Also, I have a big pain-point, which I couldn’t find an answer for in several forums. We, my father and I, have 2 tickets for both weekends, but just the 2. one is addressed on his name. The first one is still on the name of my previous girlfriend. Does some has any experience, how the staff is handling this? I mean, would it be enough to just show them the invoice receipt at the entrance or can they make a name change?
It doesn’t really matter what name is on it. As long as the barcode or QR is valid.
Power bank : I wouldn’t know why you couldn’t bring your own one. But I reckon it’ll go dead within the week.
There’s a stand where you can change your mobile phone (cell phone).
I’m (un)fortunately not into driving. So parking is not my cup of tea.
Quick thought : while the name on the ticket doesn’t matter, the email used to buy the ticket does. If there’s bad blood with you ex and she has access to the email used to buy the ticket, she might change surreptitiously (had to look up the spelling :p) the code and thus render you unable to enter the festival.
As for parking, no real option for daily parking, except pretty far away, so you’ll have to walk.
I think there are some transportation options from and to the station for instance, details should be on the website.
Private power banks are allowed in the camping, as for on the actual festival grounds, not sure but I’d be surprised if they looked that thouroughly in your bags.

Hi all,
is there any clarity on the vaccination pass to enter hellfest? I am not from Europe and don’t have this « vaccination pass ». I am vaccinated and have my ticket and will come from Asia but don’t know if I can enter Hellfest without a vaccination pass. Anyone knows?
Don’t worry about that, the vaccination pass in France is over on the 14th of March (so in 2 days!)
If it changes, we will let you know, but i don’t think it will until summer.
Er, this is for citizens of the EU only!!!
If you’re from outside of the EU (by extention the EEA/Schengen area), I’d recommend that you’ll inform yourself/-ves at the French Embassy where you live!
Problem is: it’s March now and no one knows what’ll happen in June! So… be careful about that!
WITHIN France you won’t need anything anymore, once you’re on French soil!
Very excited for my first Hellfest this year.
Quick question regarding the easy camp options.
Duo tent: 1 cardboard tent with a sleeping system for two, 1 lamp and 2 kits (comforter, camping chair, bath sheet, hygiene kit): 210€.
Verses the
Tipi duo: 1 tipi of 3m diameter with 2 mattresses and 1 lamp: 290€
Do the lower options always include the features mentioned above, so does the Tipi duo also include the 2 kits (comforter, camping chair, bath sheet, hygiene kit) ???
If not I am not sure what extra value the 80 euros more provide. Beside better mattress+ bigger tent
Having problems with payment for easy camp - after booking one kartent for one weekend fine, cannot book the second weekend. Message saying “your payment has been refused by our partner banks security system” - so the problem is on the weezevent side. Have checked with our bank & it’s not a credit card problem - and to contact the vendor. Is there any way to contact weezevent?
Hello, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here! Can anyone remember roughly what time the last two bands on MainStage play? Specifically I’m thinking about The Scorpions. My son unfortunately has his last exam on the morning of 23rd so we won’t be able to fly from the U.K. until the afternoon. I’m picking up a hire car at the airport so wondering if it’s worth heading straight for Hellfest as Scorpions is one of the bands he really wants to see.
Also as he’s only 16 I have to get his child pass at the box office so does anyone know if they will still be open late? Cheers
this is my first time going to Hellfest, and i’m going on the 2nd part. But by mistake, i’ve bought a comfort tent for 4 people on first part. I know that you can sell it through TicketSwap, but every time i try to do it, it tells me there’s an error with the ticket and that can’b be sold. I’ve tried contact TicketSwap, but there’s no answer… do you know if the tent can really be sold?
@shakapero - he’s been 4 times before so he’s an old hand at 16!! I promised him Hellfest to celebrate this year. I have tickets for both weekends but sadly his exams mean we have to miss the first one. He has an exam at 9am on the Thursday of the 2nd weekend & then it’s straight to Manchester to fly to Paris & then drive straight to Hellfest!
@thefab - thanks, we should make it for Scorpions then!
Thanks.
Yes I am not from the EU, I am from India. Although travel restrictions have eased, there is still some confusion what is allowed and what is not, example vaccination pass, sanitary pass, booster dose etc. Guess have to keep a close eye on developments.
