What’s up? My name is Maggie, and I’m coming to Hellfest with my SO from America. This will be our first time in Europe ever and our first metal festival. The ones in America are pretty shit compared to the lineup here! We are so pumped! But we are not camping and instead staying in a hotel in Nantes.
We speak almost no French, but he does know German! I hope some people at the festival speak English (besides the bands ha ha).
Don’t you worry! Even if it’s not the best language the French speak, they do.

Hey all! My wife and I are coming to our first Hellfest this year from beautiful New Jersey US! We did Download back in '13 and '15 and are super excited to check out Hellfest \m/ I saw in previous posts about people meeting up for beers the night before in Nantes. its Blastfreak from germany. was visiting hellfest for the 6th time this year and posted recently my first comment in the french speaking part of the forum because of a lack of the topic here hope next year there will be better headliners (remember my words: Mercyful Fate, Misfits and Manowar or Metallica )

From which part of Germany are you ? I will leave and spend holidays with my family tomorrow (Vorpommern lakes, Berlin and Görlitz where I have friends). And I was last month in Bayern (with pupils). Ich mag Deutschland !
I agree with Quark for Metallica, but Manowar ain’t that big (but perhaps they ask too much money for their farewell tour ?).
