Your questions about Hellfest!

@ Heabymetawhunta : Go ask your bank to see if you can pull money from an atm machine abroad, normally you should be able to. They charge a fee (the % can vary from bank to bank) each time you pull some money from an atm, and there is a daily limit (mine is 300 euros). The best thing is to go see your bank, to know the fees, whether or not your card works abroad etc…

Hi to everyone from Sweden!
I have a silly question but for me it is important since I’m with friends travelling with a very tiny and young metaller  We are going to be staying at the campsite and I know from my experience at the Sweden Rock Festival that every festival camping have a more quiet/family area and a wild-crazy-party area, the division is more made by the kind of people living there than by the people organizing it theirselves.
So people with families who have been there before, where is the more quiet area usually located?

thank you

In fact, the whole campsite is quite wild … I tried different area but I never find a quiet one
So, try to do not choose an emplacement near the path, the toilets, the metal corner, the glass garbages (fucking percussionists) …
It could be easier on the last camp area (the closer of the concert area).

If you find a quiet place, we keep in touch
Sweden rocks !

We should build a small group of quiet people so we can set up a circle XD

I find earplugs a great help. I’m 42 now and well past my staying up all night drinking/partying days.
When I get back to my tent, I just wanna crash !

it’s not so much the noise I’m worried about, I’m more worried about people tearing down my tent when I’m not there…or worse…

this is a blatant lie dave!

can anyone tell me, how the traffic situation is like in and around clisson on thursday before hellfest? if everything goes a planned we will arive thursday in the evening (around 7 pm) and we need to drive through the village in order to reach our hotel. will there be traffic jams?

Traffic is usually OK : not a serious issue.

thanks a lot!

Will it also be allowed this year that we take in our own food and plastic bottled drinks to the concert area? Fruits?

Where’s that DISTURBED replacement?

And where’s the official running order? for god’s sake

The picture is genuine. It was posted by a member of the street team, a mod confirmed this.

I know these questions might be asked but not sure.

  1. Can I take cans into the campsite (one’s I’ve bought elsewhere)
  2. Can they go into the arena (guessing no)
  3. How do I buy food and drink, is it tokens for one or both?
  4. Can I arrive at the car park around 11am on the Thursday

You can bring cans into the campsite, but they can’t go into the festival area.
You can buy only drinks with tokens.
And the last, the car park is opening on 12 am, but I think you can park earlier (or you can go to the supermarket, with your car, to buy some cans - so you won’t have to walk with it- to spend the hour)

thanks for the running order!

now, change that annoying coroner/ bolt thrower clash plz! :PPPPPP

Thank for aujourd’hui.

One more question, can someone give me a birds eye view (google would be better) or where the campsite area is. I think I know but looking at the campsite map, i’m lost!

If you can find it on google maps, then on the right it says « link » copy that and paste.

thank you

I have the same problem. I go to google maps and try to identify the area but I can´t see it clearly…

Finally I understood it!! You have to turn upsidedown the site plan and then look at googlemap image, then every thing fits!!! XDDDDD

I have another question… Any problem smoking some maryJ inside the festival? any nonuniformed police inside??? :stuck_out_tongue:

JDevil, I’m still not seeing it, can you click link on the google images then paste in here please
