Is there any way to buy tickets through Paypal? I’ve been tasked with buying tickets for a group of us for the Saturday, and it just suits me better to use Paypal rather than stick the whole lot on my credit/debit card at the moment. Anyway, while it seems like Digitick do officially accept Paypal, it doesn’t appear to be offered as a payment option when it comes to checkout for some reason.
Alternatively, if anyone’s looking to seel a few tickets for the Saturday, and are happy to use Paypal to transfer cash, let me know!
Hi,I’m french and I live near Paris. I go to hellfest in camping-car with a friend and there are one free seat in my camping-car. So if you guys want to travel with us (Paris-Clisson is 6/7 hour with my camping-car)
Send me a message !
ps : you’ll can have a big package and pets if you want
Can anyone tell me if there are cash machines in Clisson and if ill get charged up the arse for using them? I’m British, only get paid on the Friday, and skint till then! Roll on Friday!!!
Yes there are. I think the closest one is at the supermarket (« Leclerc »).
By the way you can use your credit card on the site to buy tokens. You’ll still need cash for the food, though.
As for the fees, it will probably cost you, unless you have a gold visa/mastercard. You should ask your bank about it.
Infact it’s located between the camping area and the concerts area, at the entrance of the site.
Last year you’d see people queuing for a bit on the friday but after that, you don’t wait that much.
Despite managing to get hold of tickets for the Saturday, my friend and I weren’t able to go. We looked in advance at the travel advice page on the Hellfest android app, which stated that trains were running from Nantes to Clisson up to 10.30pm. Obviously we weren’t planning on going that late in the evening, but as we were cycling across France to get to Nantes, we were unsure of exactly what time on Saturday we’d be able to get there. We got to Nantes station just before 8.00pm and were told that no trains were running to Clisson. There was no information available about how else to get there, and most of the cab drivers wanted in excess of €100 (for a journey of less than 20km!!!).
Anyway, just want to say that both my friend and I felt really let down by the inaccurate information provided by the Hellfest official app - if it had given any real indication of what the train service would be like to Clisson from Nantes, then we would have been able to revise our plans. As things stand, we were stuck with missing out completely, which spoiled the end of our trip across France.
Is there any mechanism for making a complaint about the poor standard of information in the app, as this directly led to our missing out on the Saturday night, which we’d been looking forward to for weeks.
Have you tried the contact page on the Hellfest website?
I’m sorry you missed your day because of a lack on finformation at the train station and that you found only stupid cab drivers, but I’m not sure you can ask for a refund « just » because of the app…
