Your questions about Hellfest!

How much does the Nantes - Clisson train cost per journey?

Not much, about 5-6 euros.

Is it allowed to bring a camping chair to the festival site?

Some people have done it in the past years, I think it dépends of the security check…

Yeah I did last year, you kinda need to when you’re watching bands for 14 hours a day…

i hear a rumour that the shuttle bus system is not going to be operating as fully this year, any confirmation? :frowning: i have emailed a while back to book trip from airport to site as usual but no response yet

The people in charge of the shuttles usually don’t answer you very quickly, especially as the festival is still in a couple of weeks.
I have not heard anything about the shuttle not operating as fully this year. I’ll ask some more information about it to the staff and will forward it to you when they get back to me.

thanks, plenty of time, not overly worried

sorted now!

Good stuff. Had answer saying that the same system will be on.

can i just ask… can we get to 666 responses before the festival?

That’s called flooding mate…

(désolé les modos) :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey guys!
Me and my mate bought tickets for 2013 a few months ago and now we’re no longer able to go… so we were wondering if there is some kind of refund system you guys can offer to us englanders. I checked out returning on this website but it seems you need some kind of french bank number ?? Not sure on that one though!
Any info on this would be appreciated! Nice one \m/

I don’t think there’s a refund system on tickets, unfortunately…
Check the website called zepass, where you can resell your tickets at the face value: http://hellfest.zepass.com/

Good luck!

Thanks for the info!
I thought it would be difficult to get a refund, it’s a life lesson for sure haha! I wasn’t planning on asking for the price I bought it at, I was just hoping to get something back from it before download! That website seems do-able from the UK but I’m not sure about the modes of delivery…would registered letter - R1 be first class to us??

Thanks again for the help! \m/

3 to go…

I don’t know exactly for details of delivery, but I’m sure you can sell your tickets as there are people waiting for last minute offers, as they could not afford to buy tickets earlier…

Will there be anywhere to get drinking water, like there was on the old site? I couldn’t go last year, so I’m not aware if this is available or not. It doesn’t appear to be marked on the plan of the current site, unless I’m not reading it properly.

Last year, we could find drinking water aside the toilets near the Valley and The Warzone. I think the same type of facilities will be there this year

It will be our fifth year at Hellfest and we really liked the new arrengements of campsite / festival site last year. But I think, one thing that bothered a lots of people were the closing of the showers / water tent at the campsite during the night times. I think that was a lot better managed in the previous years with 24h open water tents.
Any words on the opening hours of the water tent? It just sucked if you had to que for 3h + just to get wet
