holy mother of metal…thats IS an awesome line-up O_O
hmmmm maiden aint coming (and slayer neither probably), motley was last year… but Alice Cooper as headline + Edguy and CC would be so great (along with Bolt Thrower, Hypocrisy, Rotting Christ and FF… ok, im asking too much^^)
I had no problem taking a bottle of juice into the arena itself. The first time the security just sniffed it to see if it contained alcohol and let me in. The second time it was sealed so no problem getting it in.
I thought from the frontpage of the Hellfest website that full price tickets were on sale from 1 January? But it doesn’t seem possible to book tickets via the website yet. Any news on when full price tickets will be able to be booked via the website?
That should be available from Monday. Digitick should already have them online but that’s not the case unfortunately.
The new official Hellfest website (new design etc.) should be available very soon as well.
There will be 2011 passes available at the merch stall this year and ‹ a good surprise › included…
@euan : some Hellfest staff member confirmed that it should have been available from January 1st.
He did not not know why passes were not available as it was originally planned and he assumed that it should be OK on Monday
(I corrected the typing mistake btw ;))
Sorry man, but this is ridiculous.
Even without the third announcement Hellfest has already the best Line Up for 2010 compared to other big Festivals.
Unlike most Metal Festivals they care about the whole doom/sludge/stoner stuff which makes Hellfest unbeatable. But this is of course matter of taste.
Anyway I’ll be there in 2010 again, travelling about 1500km cause it’s simply the best Festival I’ve ever witnessed.
I was wondering if in a near future there would be some sort of map about the camping/stages to download on the website, or will we just see that on the first day ?
