Last year there was a booth where you can charge your mobile phone, I believe they will have it again this year.
The weather… during the day it could be hot, cold, rainy or windy but in the night it is always very cold and windy (sometimes rainy too). Prepare for all kinds of weather.
Hey guys, just wanted to check on a particular detail.
On the FAQ section it says: "Campsite is free and right next to the festival!
The campsite doors open Thursday 19 June at 2pm upon presentation of your ticket. You will then be given your bracelet for the festival so all you’ll have to do is set up your tent !
BE CAREFUL ! This campsite is only for those holding a 1 or 3 day pass. When you arrive volunteers will give you a « camping bag » with goodies but its main use is as a bin bag and a you’ll be given a token for every bin bag handed in. We rely on you to keep the site clean. A toilet block will also be available."
When it says the campsite is available for people with 1 or 3 day passes does that mean that people with 1 day passes will have access over the entire weekend? The reason I ask is that my girlfriend will be travelling up with a group of us with 3 day passes but only has a 1 day pass. She hoped she could stay in the campsite but leave the grounds on the days she doesn’t have tickets for. Is it likely then she won’t be able to get access to the campsite on 2 of the days? I was under the impression that campsite is generally accessible to any but it seems like things have changed a bit.
Hello everyone!
I don’t know if this question has already been asked and couldn’t find an answer to it on the FAQ.
I am going for the 3 days with my wife.
My wife bought the tickets on the internet so both of the tickets (hers and mine) have her name on it, will that be a problem? should one of the tickets have my name on it or being that she’ll be there with me, it doesn’t matter?
Thanks!
So that means, i CAN’T bring my GoPro-Cam? Would be stupid. Every new Galaxy or IPhone can film and shoot pictures in the same quality… but those are allowed like it seems?
Where’s the car park located? I found a lot of pictures from former Hellfest festivals incl. aerial photography, but can’t find an official car park there
We’re very excited for our first Hellfest after years full of Wacken (since 2003).
There isn’t a car car park but several of them.
Hopefully it should take you about 30 mins max to reach the site depending on where you’ll manage to park.
Does anyone know the layout of the campsite this year? Just Curious about them checking wristbands to get into the campsite if it means yellow camp will excist as it was over the lane and if we will be able to get out there to walk over to the supermarket.
First time at Hellfest this year so a newbie question. Last year I brought some very cool combination backpack/chairs to Swedenrock. They worked nicely for carrying our stuff (water bottle - hoodies etc.) and also had a nice camp chair attached. See them here : [url=http://www.chairpak.com/home.html]Chairpak website
My question is of course, are chairs/backpacks allowed in the arena at Hellfest? I searched the FAQ and found nothing. Hoping some vets will have an answer for me.
How many people have received replies from the shuttle company?
Also, I and another will be arriving in Nantes on the Thursday at around 10pm. Because of this, I’d like to ask if anyone knows of any reliable taxi companies that might be operating in the area, or even at the station, around that time, just in case we have to choose this as a last resort?
I have the exact same question lol! We want to camp in the Yellow campsite too because it was nice and quiet(er) but with the new lay-out I wonder if it is still there?
