Hi there. I am the mother of an 11 months old boy and I play in a band as well. Our band will play at Hellfest on Sunday. I saw that Wacken Festival offers nursery/kindergarden for children inside the festival ground which is very handy if you play in a band and have no one to babysit your child during the show. Does by any chance Hellfest offer something similar? Is there any place I could safely leave my child while on stage, in case no friend could help me at that time?
Will a Campsite map be released before the event? I heard certain areas are usually quieter than others, it would be useful to plan where to pitch tents in advance
I doubt there will be. But it is true that some areas are supposed to be « more » quiet (might not be the case anymore if everyone concentrates on those hahaha), usually the Yellow Camp and the far end of Green Camp (results may vary of course).
While not technically about the festival, When travelling by train in France (Rennes to Nantes and back) do you need to book in advance or can I just wander up and get an open return?
This is our first year on Hellfest and we have a lot of questions!! 8.(
The most important is where is the train station on Nantes?? We will stay in a hotel on Nantes and we don’t know how to get to Clisson…
Usually when the wife and I arrive we would arrive at Charles De Gaulle airport and take a train from the airport to Nantes. When arriving to Nantes we buy tickets to Clisson.
we don’t take the airplane. We will arrive on bus. The bus will leave us in the hotel on Nantes, I don’t know what hotel will be, I think it’s a Ibis (we buy a pack on « Viajes Divertis » and they tell us what hotel will be in a few days). So what station of train we must take to go to Clisson?
Thanks!!
There is only one train station at Nantes so it’s easy to find! Ask for tickets to go at Clisson and rock on
I think there are one or two Ibis near the train station if i’m correct
I’ve tried looking on this forum and on google but can’t find the answer. Is there some kind of metal karaoke going on this year? Also, what other kinds of entertainment are available (especially late at night, i.e. after the bands have finished)? Cheers.
his is my first year I’m going to Hellfest and I have some question. Where I could charge the battery of my mobile phone? And how is the weather there?
Thanks
There’s only 1 train station in Nantes, When you arrive, go inside and purchase a ticket to Clisson.
From Google Maps it looks like you’re about a 25 minute walk from the station.
Please check out FAQ section :"PHONE CHARGING SPOTS
Like last year our partner SFR will propose a free stall where 1000 phones, regardless of their type, can be charged simultaneously at the Metal Corner!"
About the weather, it could be a bit rainy/cloudy/sunny during the day and a bit cold at night
Cheers \m/
