Your questions about Hellfest!

The carpark will be open on Thursday 18 at 12o’clock…it was so this year…

Thanks!

Hi folks!
Can someone please clarify as to whether there is indeed another announcement for any remaining bands and if so, is it sometime soon?
Many thanks!

Yep!
Last announcement + bands’ running order + 1 day tickets are coming… Soon!

Merci Keuf - and is it 5 bands remaining?

Hello,
My husband and I are going to Hellfest for the first time. We will be staying in Nantes and my doubt is if we will be able to take the shuttle from the festival to Nantes Train Station each night, as I saw that we need to be a minimum of 5 people. Does anybody know if there were people travelling to Nantes each night during the previous editions of the festival? Or everybody was camping or staying in Clisson?
Thank you!

There is so many people doing this that the problem is more how long you will have to wait to finally get into the shuttle!

Skullnbones, thanks a lot for your answer!

Hi everyone this is gonna be my first time in Hellfest. I would like to know 2 things:

  1. Is there any place with Wi-fi?
  2. And another one where I could charge my phone?

Thanks

Hell-o
There is a Wi-fi spot in the fest …and there is too a SFR stand where you can put your phone in charge…

Thanks!!!

please improve the organization of the festival:

  • reduce number of visitors (hellfest is overcrowded)
  • improve the catering service ( food at hellfest was generally bad and overpriced) i enjoyed the tradicional italian pizzas but the rest was bad
  • provide more bars around the festival
  • provide more w.c with toilet paper and clean them at least one time each day
  • provide more showers (with better conditions) and place them on the camping grounds.
  • instead of opening the exchange ticket stalls at 14.p.m why not opening them at 00.01? so people can get to the camping grounds as soon as they arrive avoiding massive cues.
  • more variety of beers would be nice. why not some german or belgian beer?
  • use the big screen between the mainstages with all the running orders changes. i saw you were using the screen above the extreme market for R.O updates keep doing that.we need to stay informed about all running order changes. last year i almost missed iron maiden because my program was outdated.
  • any changes to get rid of the stairs to the camping area? i have nothing against stairs but if it rains those will get will be very slippery.
  • i saw police on horses during the day at the camping area that was good but during the night i didnt see any cop. i saw some stupid shit going on like drunk people smashing shopping cars against shopping cars and ramming tents on the way luckily nobody got hurt!.

dont take me wrong i enjoyed hellfest i am comming again this year but you guys really need to improve the organization. doing most things at the festival was pain in the ass! massive lines to do everything! to get into the arena, to buy a beer, to get the wristband, to get a shower…

merci.

Hi dude,
I’m not from HF Production but I can tell you:

  • I’ve never cue for a beer or tokens as it’s just a choice of good sens not to go to bars when bands on MS finish playing.
  • the number of toilets last year was a great increase compared to 2013 and except at the Warzone (and the camping), they were almost clean all day long, cleaned several times a day. again, choose the right moment to avoid cueing.
  • the stairs are officially not there this year! it was already a pain in the ass without rain and mud, but we won’t have the chance to have such a weather each year…
-as for the screen between the MS, it has been asked that it should be used to inform any change in the RO. Hope it’ll be done.
  • food quality: last year was better than previous editions and it seems that the problem is well known. If you can, bring your onw food, or go to the supermarket to buy some, it will avoid you shitty and expensive stuff.
-the time for opening the site on the thursday is a big concern for everybody here and we’re waiting for official news on it.

Again, if you don’t want to cue for ages for everything, choose the right moment, you’ll see that you can do the same without alsmost anybody

@Ov3rlord_PT : Festival organization improves every year. Festival organizers take into account all feedbacks given by festival fans every year and do their best to improve the following edition, so that many improvements will happen this year again. But it’s too early to tell you more about it
So, don’t worry, be happy and have a good time!

What’s the problem with « brutal caddy », it’s just a voluntary participation game?

because there were lots of tents nearby and some people´s tent got smmashed into pieces. i saw people very pisssed of

OK, not surprising at all! (it’s the « ramming tents » part that I did not get in the first place, sorry…)

no problem. my english is not perfect lol.

i hope so. dont take me wrong i enjoyed hellfest last year and i am comming again this year but i felt that hellfest was overcrowded and with some organization problems. i know hellfest is a « young » festival but i have no doubt that hellfest will be the best festival in europe. in term of line ups allready is IMO.

yes i will thanks.
