Kia ora Rach! Sorry for the slow reply, life has been crazy here lately. I’m a bit further south, Quake City (Christchurch) in the South Island.
Good to know about the running order changes- I had been thinking that I’d keep an eye on the app, but given what you’ve said I’ll only rely on the info stand.
With the SIM card I’ve ended up getting a Three pay as you go sim. Thanks heaps for your advice I’ll just use wifi in Amsterdam, they were by far the best option from what I could find on the Internet! Really appreciate the help.
Hi team, I have one further question I hope you can help me with.
When buying tickets I ended up buying 3x 1 day passes. I know it wasn’t the best possible way but at the time there were no tickets coming up on Zepass, and I didn’t know about the forum. I had to secure tickets before starting to book my flights and time off work. Not ideal but oh well.
What I’m wondering- would it be remotely possible that when I arrive on the Thursday and get my wristband- if I show them tickets for all 3 days, would they give me a 3 day pass wristband so that I don’t have to go back each day? I’m guessing probably not, but thought somebody might know.
Related- I see from the previous posts that the queue for wristbands on Thursday may be long- is it any better on the following days or should I be allowing a few hours to queue there as well?
Just one question. Does anybody know of an affordable way of getting from Nantes to Clisson from about 1am on the Friday morning, (and back from the festival on the monday morning) ? as im due to get the megabus paris bus (and before that the bus from toulon) that arrives in Nantes at 00:30 on the friday morning and i can’t get there any earlier without setting off a full day before! Cheers!
The biggest change is The Warzone and te space created in front of her: more space, access easier, better view, it should be a great area allowing everybody to see the concerts!
Hey guys! I’ve been reading a lot about the queues for bracelets, and I’m trying to figure out what is the best day/time to show up! I’m flying in on Thursday mid-afternoon, so I was thinking of checking in at the hotel and then going to the Hellfest right away to get bracelets, so I don’t have to worry about it on Friday. I thought there would be less people, but I’ve been reading that Thursday is actually very busy! But somewhere I read that the evening is less busy. So maybe I should hang out in Nantes for the afternoon and then go to the Hellfest for bracelets after dinner? At what time do the stands close? Any suggestions for me? Even getting them on Friday? It’s my first year at Hellfest, so any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks!
To go on Thursday might be a longer time to queue, but it has a few advantages: to ‹ taste › the atmosphere a day earlier, to have the possibility to see more concerts and, especially, not to miss any gigs on Friday, as, even if quicker than the thursday, I believe that the Friday queue remains a long one.
Yes I guess that makes sense…I’ll do it on Thursday even if it’s longer. I’d rather wait an extra 30 minutes and get it over with rather than risking missing any shows I’m interested in. And if as Quark says the booths are open til midnight then it sounds like a great opportunity to grab a few beers as well and start soaking up the atmosphere!
Hi all, Next year is going to be our first Hellfest. How much were the tickets for this year (Full weekend with camping) just so the eight of us can get an idea?
Cheers
