Your questions about Hellfest!

Easy camp will be available shortly, probably a few days.

There are a few options:

Carton houses
Tipi’s
Wooden shed-like cabins

Hi,
does anybody know whether, for a single tent of 2 persons, I’m supposed to buy one ticket or two? I would assume it’s only one ticket, but on http://www.digitick.com/ you’re asked to provide the number of « places » you want - so just making sure I’m not actually buying only one place in a tent of 2 places…

I don’t understand why the fuck there is not a translation for this facility…

And I must admit, even in French, it’s quite annoying…Well, as digitick is usually a ticket saler, I suppose they just kept « number of places » instead of calling it « number of package ».

I hesitate too, …so for me it’s one pack and not one place. (1 pack = 2 people)

For kartent pack: 1 pack=2 people

Thanks Mac Seb for prividing the proper link…I couldn’t find it…

Thank you Mac Seb ]

You’re welcome Dudes

Hi team
Quick question about Easycamp- I understand we have to provide a security deposit on checking in- I assume it’s done by placing a hold on my credit card? My main question is, how do we go about getting it back- is there a checking out process? It’s just I’ll be leaving fairly early on Monday and not sure if there’ll be anyone around to help me out with that when I leave. Should I just leave anyway- I assume I’ll forfeit the deposit? (Not the end of the world if so). Or is it really important to check out?
Thanks
Des

Hello, just a few quick questions. Firstly i can see that it will be possible to get a shuttle to nantes after the festival has finished without making a booking. But will it be possible to get to the fest from nantes on thursday night/ friday morning without booking, as i don’t really want to book a whole shuttle as i am travelling alone. secondly i have one spare 3 day festival ticket (as my lady can no longer go) but when i purchased my pair of tickets it came as a single PDF, i have now split it so the second ticket is a different file so is it as simple of selling the second ticket pdf that says ticket 2 of 2 and my name (both tickets are in my name) and the person who buys the ticket off me will be able to get in even if it’s in my name? or do i or they have to get the name changed somehow? (i have tried to contact digitick regarding this but with no luck). Thanks

From Nantes to Clisson, there’s alwys the train that rides, if needed.

For your ticket, you can sell the 2nd ticket without problems, as long as the 2 bar codes are different. (you can check that out yourself)
A name change is not needed, but is possible to make. Though don’t ask me how.

Excellent, Thanks for the info. although the shuttle bus i was asking about was after the last train on the thursday. But it looks like i am getting a lift share now anyway so it dosen’t matter. i just need to sell my spare ticket now. but im sure that won’t take very long :stuck_out_tongue:

Right now I am thinking about ordering that electronic payment Card.

As far as I understand it, I only Need it for Food and Drinks inside the Festival area.

At German Festivals I usually need only 30€ or so, but I guess at Hellfest the distances to the tents are longer and the Prices higher, so that I will need more.

How much do you put on the Card?

Will the « Hellfest Square » shops open at the Thursday day/night? (extreme shop, tattooers etc.)

Man kann die Karte NUR für die Getränke und HELLFEST SNACK benutzen. Die sonstige Restauration ist wieder nur mit Bargeld zu bezahlen!!

You can ONLY use the cashless card at the bars and the HELLFEST SNACK! All other food has to be paid with cash money only!

Yes they are!!!

2 Questions:

1: My friend and I are coming to Clisson by train for the festival. I know there are shuttles from there to the festival, but how far is it to just walk there from the station?

2: Has anyone arrived to previous Hellfests early to mid-afternoon Friday and remember what the queues to get in around that time were like (we’re easy camping, so no worries about finding a camping spot that late)?

First Q: It’s a 10min DRIVE!
Depending on your condition (drunk etc  )I’d say, take those shuttles.
Second Q: Since you don’t have much luggage, it’s most likely you’ll find a shuttle relatively quickly. No fuzz, no complications. But I do not know for Friday. Thursday evening it went relatively well. (for a solo traveller)

Hi folks. Can’t wait for Hellfest!
There’s some cash left on my 2015 cashless card so I won’t be forking out for a new card this year. However I’m keen to know if I can top up my 2015 prior to the actual event. Any tips appreciated!

Scrap this. Think it’s been answered in the other thread.
