Maybe it’s the mere use of it that is upsetting?
I have lost my cardboard ticket of Hellfest 2016 I bought it last year at the pre-sales. I’m sure I’ve accidentaly thrown it away when I was cleaning the house. I’ve searched all over, but cannot find it. I suppose there’s nothing I can do about it anymore…
ouch! Don’t think so, mate
Hi mate,
I have a spare Saturday ticket as my other half can no longer make it.
What’s the easiest&/or safest way of trying to exchange a Saturday tkt for a Friday tkt?
Many thanks
Kev

Does anyone know how to contact Hellfest? I’ve been sending them e-mails since 8th of february. Nobody replies on info@hellfest.fr or Digitick!
What do you want to know?
Hi there this is my first ever festival and going alone. I guess my main question is to everyone is I am just looking for advice and guidance heh I am doing the coach trip and hotel for the whole thing so just looking to gain more knowledge from people
digitick are the worst at replying! they will take forever to reply and you must write them several emails. send reminder mails.
HI! My name is Giuseppe from Argentina.
I have some questions about my ticket bought in Digitick.
I have the type of ticket for 3 nights in the festival camping.
I want to know if i have the 3 days pass, the access to « easy camp » and the tent included.
I mean, is the tent itself included in the package or must I rent it?
Regards,
Giuseppe.
Easy Camp etc is not included! You will have to pay extra for the Easy Camp.
The camping itself is included in the ticket price.
In 2015, for Esay Camp it was about 150€.
Hey,
I will be a first timer this year and I have a few questions
If the Lockers are located in the Metal Corner and you must have a pass to enter the Metal Corner…does this mean only VIPs can get a locker??
Also when will people start arriving/queuing on the 16th?
Thanks guys
NO NO NO!!!
The Metal Corner is the area that kind of separates the Camping from the Festival Area. It’s a space « in between », so to speak, accessable for everybody! (with the exception of the « Cult » area probably, don’t kill me if I’m wrong!)
So, if you want a locker, and those things are at the Metal Corner, you can get one as well.
The same goes for all other things in that area. (e.g. charging your mobile phone etc., for which you do not need to take your plug, the USB cable suffieses)
Oh
That’s good to know because:
« Is the METAL CORNER open to the public?
No, you need a pass to enter the METAL CORNER! »
That was taken from the HF website…some of the English is very misleading
Thank you for all the information though, it is greatly appreciated!
I think they mean « Klub » and not metal Corner. Metal Corner is for everyone.
There are issues with the HF site, where the English version is not at all the same as the French version, which it should.
But you need nothing extra to enter the Metal Corner, just your normal, ordinairy 3 days pass of course.
Excuse me everyone, but you do need to have a pass for the Hellfest to get to the Metal Corner, just like to the campsite, it’s just the 1-day or 3-day pass, but it’s not open for anybody, like friends, who have no pass - at all - for the Hellfest and would just like to enjoy the atmosphere around the festival!
Ok this is what they mean by « pass ». It’s so obvious you must have your 3 days pass to enter the festival that we think they talk about another pass
